Payment and Waiver will be requested PRIOR to the first lesson. Please arrive early on the first lesson date to ensure this is handled.
Cancellation Policy – Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our instructors, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy. Should you wish to reschedule an appointment, the instructor will do their best to accommodate your request. at least an EIGHT (8) hour cancellation notice to the instructor is required if at all possible. If a request to cancel or reschedule a lesson is placed less than EIGHT (8) hours prior to the scheduled lesson, you will not be able to make it up. Lessons will not be extended for late arrivals.
NO SHOW POLICY - NO shows will not be made up. More than One (1) no show will result in forfeiture of tuiton and remaining lessons - no exceptions.
lessons are only made in 30 minute increments.
If non-members, Child participating in lesson is the only one allowed in pool.
Swim lessons follow inclement weather policy - 15 min. for thunder, 30 min. for lightning. If this interferes with lesson, reschedule at no consequence.
